See the goal project ended up with 7 types of products, the so-called “intellectual outputs”:
- Sets of videos, including a manual for video production
- Test runs in practice and their results
- Guides for a) in-company trainers, b)VET consultants as organisers/advisors of training companies and c) VET students
- Recommendations for the design of in-company training learning outcomes
Production
The intellectual outputs (“IO”) were co-created by the partners in varying constellations. The project partners undertook several hundreds of dissemination activities, among them “multiplier events” in all partner countries as some of the highlights.
The original GANTT plan showed up not being suitable for this comprehensive work: The individual productions were more interdependant than estimated. Thus, the IOs were produced in iterations, reviewed by the partners and other stakeholders and after that further developed. At the same time, the local productions inspired the other country partners to improve their own products or generate more solutions.
All in all, the partners reached the intended production goals of the project, and more than that. Here a more agile process showed up to be more beneficial for both the quality and the quantity of the results.
